Notice to Public: Fraudulent Use of Lawyer’s (Andrew Captan’s) Name

I am the owner of this website – Andrew Captan, Criminal Lawyer. Today (Nov 8), I received a report from an individual who advised that someone had called her purporting to be me, attempting to gather bank account information. If you receive a call from anyone claiming to be me, please do not provide them any personal information. IT IS A SCAM. They may claim that your accounts have been compromised and they are calling from a criminal justice centre to assist you. DO NOT follow their requests and hang up.
